Returns Policy

Shisha flavour is a natural product made from Tabacco leaves, molasses and flavouring. Batches of flavour manufactured at different times of the year may differ in colour and consistency.

We do not accept returns or refunds for any Shisha Flavour purchased, once opened. Please order in small quantities to check if you like the flavour before purchasing larger quantities of the same flavour.

We are under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements.

We have sole discretion in deciding whether or not to accept returns. InfamousShisha.co.uk is dedicated to offering you the best quality in our products and our service.

Goods are not supplied on a trial basis, please therefore check compatibility or suitability for purpose with the manufacturer or other competent body prior to ordering. Please note that once an order is dispatched, it will be considered firm and any subsequent cancellations which are allowed by us will be subject to a 25% handling fee in respect of loss of profits, goods must be returned to us at the customers expense with in 28 days of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights in a consumer transaction.

All sales and products that are shipped are final. In the case of broken merchandise upon shipment, a replacement will be shipped. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 

We know that mistakes are sometimes made, though, and we are here to help remedy those problems.

If you have received a damaged item, please contact us by email within 3 days of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. When you contact us, we will give you instructions on how to proceed so that we may replace the item as quickly as possible. It is very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have spoken or emailed one of our representatives. If the item you received was not the item you ordered please contact us by email within 3 days of your receipt of the product.

Again, it is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. When you reach us, well give you instructions on how to proceed so that we may replace the item as quickly as possible.

Once more, please DO NOT send the item back to us until you have spoken with one of our representatives otherwise no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.



Only under those circumstances may we consider returns. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, except in the case of errors on our site or in our shipping. In all cases the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the faulty Shisha pipe to us.
